AA Rosette Head Chef
Craig was the first chef in Devon to be awarded a coveted AA Rosette, and as Head Chef has worked in many award-winning restaurants — from classic country pub cooking to fine dining.
He has been Head Chef at the multi-award-winning Cott Inn at Dartington and, more recently, Executive Head Chef at Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, where he was honoured to cook for Royalty and visiting dignitaries.
Now in its sixth successful year, Devon Private Dining brings Craig's cooking to the comfort of your own home or holiday house.

Craig was extremely friendly and helpful organising a surprise for my mum's birthday. The food was extremely tasty, and they even set the table and cleaned the kitchen once done. I'd highly recommend for a unique experience or special occasion.
An exceptional experience — the food and service were excellent. The bread board with flavoured butters was delicious, but the star was the fillet: perfectly cooked, succulent and so flavourful. Book them soon, they're going to be very busy.
Outstanding from start to finish. Craig accommodated allergies, dietary requirements and children's meals for a group of 18, and made a lovely cake too. The lunch was the hot topic for the rest of the holiday. If you're considering booking — don't wait.
